As much as possible, research and find out the name of the hiring manager or the employer. You can find these information in their social media sites, email messages, website, or you may also ask. If you don’t have any luck, and you were no able to get the name, you can just generally address the position they have in the company. Examples:

      • Dear Project Manager Hiring Team,
      • Dear Sales Associate Hiring Manager,
      • To the Customer Service Search Committee,
      • To the Computer Science Recruitment Team,
      • Dear Software Team Hiring Manager,
