How to Apply for a job with no experience
Question
I’m a fresh graduate and I don’t have any job experiences to the job I wanted to apply to. Is there a chance for me to get the job? What can I offer as a newbie without job experiences then?

Make sure that you don’t have any experience or any related skills during college, summer jobs, or internship first. You don’t really need to have experience in a particular job you are applying for, but having similar experience or skills can do. For example, if you are applying as an online teacher, you may point out your experience during internship; or if you’re not an education graduate but a great public speaker then you can highlight that skill since public speaking is an important skill in teaching.
Experience is important, but so is your attitude to work, your personality, your understanding of the company and its activity, willingness to learn, your resilience, and grit. Focus on what you have instead. You may express these through cover letters and interviews to explain the gap in your resume and the lack of experience.
