How to Prevent Eye Strain and Headache Working from Home?


How do you prevent eye strain or headache starring with multiple computer screens for your work?

    Two things that help for me are:

    • Take breaks in between your working hours. Maybe you can try Pomodoro technique. You set your timer for 25 minutes of uninterrupted work and then rest for 5-10 minutes. For a few minutes of your rest, make sure you are not starring at any screen to let your eyes rest as well.
    • Use proper lighting. Make sure that the lights in your room are not too bright nor too dim.

    Also, they say that blinking often is helpful as dry eyes worsen eye strain.
