    Because of the pandemic, the more that business transaction are now online. A social media manager is a sole voice of a brand. He/She manages social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and etc. The following are some of its responsibilities but not limited to:

    • planning & creating monthly content
    •  engagement: replying to comments and DMs
    • creating graphics and writing contents
    • planning and executing social media campaigns
    • preparing and analyzing monthly reports
