There a lot of types of virtual assistants. The idea is business owners will be very busy as his/her business grows. He/she needs someone to do some errands for them like answering calls and emails, organizing their calendar, taking care of the business’s social media channels, and etc.
A virtual assistant is an industry term for someone who is able to provide various services from a remote office or location. They can be self employed, contractors, or employed directly by an employer.
